As our project aims to provide women in rural communities with jobs, it remains important to us that they work in comfortable environments with other women in authoritative positions. Our aqua-culturists, hailing from India and Philippines, alongside our female-headed administrative management team and advisors will be working closely with our employees in the field, in matters of technical training, production oversight and updates in the latest technologies and trends in the global industry.
